Cancellations

1. Should there be any changes to your travel plans and you need to cancel, please let us
know prior to you arrival date to avoid being charged a penalty.
2. Cancellations made prior to 5 days of reservation date: 100% refund.
3. Cancellations made within 72 hours of reservation date: 50% will be charged on total bill
4. Cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation date: 100% will be charged on total
bill.
5. For all No-shows, 100% of full reservation will be charged
6. Reservations made using Credit Card, Debit Card and/or bKash, cancellations of such
transactions will incur a 10% extra admin fee.

Refunds

1. No refunds will be paid in the event of public transport delays, political unrest, disruption or
disruption due to security alert or other force majeure.
2. Refund shall be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the request and the payment would be
credited within 10-15 working days via the same mode as used while making the booking.

Third Party Reservations

If you made your booking using a third party website, you will have to contact that company
directly, as reservations team at Hotel Mukta International are not permitted to cancel, amend
or change third party website bookings. Always check your cancellation policy as non-
refundable, non-transferable since bookings cannot be changed, amended or cancelled by the
authority concerned.
